Registration / Tuition and Payment

 

Our teaching semesters are broken down into an 18 week Fall semester, an 18 week winter/spring semester and a twelve week summer semester. The eighteen week Fall semester runs from the first week of September until the third week of January. The eighteen week winter/spring semester runs from the final week of January until the first week of June and our twelve week summer semester runs from the second week of June until the the last week of August. We are available for lessons yearly during each of these three semesters on the following days and times.

• Mondays - Thursdays 10:00am - 9:00pm

• Fridays 10:00am - 2:30pm

• Sundays from 11:00am - 5:00pm.

Tuition for private voice lessons is $36.00 for a 30 minute lesson, $48.00 for a 45 minute lesson and $60.00 for a sixty minute lesson. In order to reserve a regular lesson time throughout a semester lessons should be paid in full or if preferred in installments. A student can opt to pay per lesson but their lesson time cannot be reserved throughout the semester and can be subject to change. Payments should be received in advance and the method of payment must be agreed upon prior to the lesson(s). We are currently accepting tuition payment via e-transfer.

Once a lesson or lessons is requested Jason or Lucy will follow up with you via email to confirm the time and date and method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If a student cannot attend a lesson and they or their guardian are able to provide us with more than 24 hours notice of the cancellation we are happy to reschedule the missed lesson at a time that accommodates our mutual schedules. If we receive less than 24 hours notice for a cancellation we are not able to offer the option of a make-up lesson. If we must miss or cancel a lesson we will always offer the option of a make-up lesson.

Illness Policy

Students should not attend lessons in-person if they have any cold or flu like symptoms. When students are ill but wish to have their lesson the session can either be conducted online via Zoom or if cancelled with more than 24 hours notice can be rescheduled to another time when the student is no longer displaying symptoms. Make-ups will not be offered with less than 24 hours notice.
